Self-confessed foodie and Chef Alan has worked in commercial kitchens for over 40 years (even though he's still 21 at heart!). During this time, Alan has held the position as Corporate Chef for Rational UK and has presented his culinary skills internationally providing cooking demonstrations over the span of his career making appearances on both TV and video.
