The project:
To develop a kitchen, servery and
bar to supply three adjacent halls, a bistro, multi purpose hall
and lounge.
The result:
The kitchen was equipped with
Electrolux Professional equipment including Elco 700HP cooking
suite, dishwashing and refrigeration. A range of stainless steel
fabricated items provided preparation and storage areas.
The servery and bar area included a
stainless steel front counter and bar units with speed rail, ice
bins, a bottle bin, glasswasher and water boiler. There was also a
shop fitted back bar with a mirrored glazed display, bottle coolers
and till point.
