The project:
Bettaquip completed the installation of a new kitchen and
servery at the recently refurbished spa hotel.
The turnkey project involved taking over the kitchen space as an
empty shell and turning it into a modern food preparation area that
meets the most exacting hygiene standards.
The result:
All mechanical and electrical services, including lighting, were
replaced before the walls and floor were clad in durable, easy to
clean finishes.
Primary cooking is catered for with modular units from
the Electrolux Professional range with flexible cooking
options provided by a Rational White Efficiency combination oven.
Cold storage is provided by a cold room suite backed by Electrolux
refrigerated cabinets.
The response:
