The project:
To provide a kitchen
for a restaurant that provides value for money healthy food for
staff and local residents. The kitchen also needs to double up as
training kitchens for running community based healthy cooking
courses.
The result:
Design and installation of the
kitchens was carried out by BETTAquip Foodservice Solutions using
equipment from the Electrolux Professional range.
With no gas supply to the premises
(set as it is in 441 acres of Oxfordshire countryside) an all
electric kitchen was installed.

delegates at a time, and our kitchen can now provide breakfast,
lunch and dinner for the week or two they are here, explains
Mathew. The standard of the facilities at the Training Camp is very
high and it is my job to provide a menu of matching quality. I am
impressed with the power and speed of the electric equipment.
I particularly like the infrared boiling rings, they are fantastic,
really quick and I find them quite controllable."
